Consulting

I specialize in assisting
organizations, teams, coaches, administrators, athletes and others
to identify the barriers to equity and inclusion that exist within their
organizations, advising them on how to update and/or create equitable policies and practices, and working together to build the capacity for the difficult, necessary conversations that need to be had to make real progress.
The consulting sessions will include the following:

Thought-provoking questions

Defining of goals and outcomes

Conversations with key stakeholders

Review of existing data/documents

Assessment of policies, practices, and procedures

Jen Fry spoke with coaches and administrators throughout the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, and I've thought about her message each day since the call. Our personal journeys on the road toward social justice are on-going. I've gone back to many of the topics discussed and tried to learn a little more each day to strengthen the ripple effect of Jen's stellar work. I have been fortunate to listen to Jen multiple times, and I come away each time learning more and feeling both challenged to do better and inspired to try to bridge that gap. Jen is a truth illuminator. She puts a spotlight on the truth of the deep-rooted history of inequality.
